Zeph joined Jacob Bethel Corporation in 2021 as the Finance Manager with oversight over all the finance and procurement functions of JBC. He has extensive and rich global experience in audit, reporting, treasury & finance in both the public & private sector, having served as a Financial Accountant & Management Accountant at Zimbabwe Power Company, an Auditor with Grant Thornton and Tax man with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority. Zephanias is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Registered Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) from University of Zimbabwe and membership with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Institute of Certified Tax Accountants (ICTA).
BLESSING V. MUNATSI
Blessing joined Jacob Bethel Corporation (JBC), as General Manager Finance in 2010 and rose to his current position of Managing Director. With over 23 years’ experience in various industry sectors including audit, research, manufacturing and construction. His career began at Innscor Africa in 1995, from where he moved to join audit with Deloitte in 2004 and then University of Zimbabwe Clinical Research Centre -University of Zimbabwe -University of California San Francisco (UZCRC-UZ–UCSF). He currently holds the positions of Vice President of the Engineering Iron and Steel Association of Zimbabwe, board member for the Engineering Medical Aid Society and committee member for the National Employment Council for the Engineering Iron and Steel Industry. Blessing holds an MBA from Delta International University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from University of Cape Town.
Thabo has over 16 years’ working experience at Jacob Bethel Corporation Zimbabwe. Prior to which he was with Hunyani Corrugated Products, OK Zimbabwe and Geddes Private Limited. He rose through the ranks at JBC and held 8 previous posts before he was promoted to Group Finance Manager in 2016 and then further to Operations Manager in 2021, a position he holds to date.
Thabo is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
Innocent is a highly talented mechanical engineer with a comprehensive understanding of project management, machine and plant installations, CNC programming; AutoCAD drawing; and the development and implementation of production processes. Innocent joined JBC as a process engineer in 2011 and later rose through the ranks to his current position of engineering manager in 2016. He holds a BEng. (Honours) Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from National University of Science & Technology and memberships with Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers (ZIE), and Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ).
Lubes & Gas Manager
Joylene joined JBC in 2019 as a graduate trainee and was later promoted to head the lubes and gas division as manager. She holds a B Eng (Hons) Fuels and Energy from the Chinhoyi University of Technology and a marketing certificate from IMM graduate school. She gained valuable experience with lubes & fuels while working at Zuva Energy from 2013.
